We are seeking a junior IT Support Engineer to provide onsite support at our client’s Vancouver office. This role will focus on day-to-day IT operations, user support, and basic troubleshooting, with escalation to the broader IT team when necessary.

Location: Hybrid – 2 days WFH; Onsite – 3 days/week in Vancouver office, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Contract Duration: July 6 – August 13, 2026

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide onsite IT support for employees (hardware/software issues)
– Troubleshoot Mac and Windows laptops
– Support tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, VPN (Cato)
– Assist with new hire setups and device provisioning
– Provide basic AV/meeting room support
– Handle ticket-based support and walk-ups
– Escalate complex issues to the senior IT team
– Maintain basic documentation of issues and resolutions

Requirements:
– 1–3 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk
– Basic knowledge of macOS and Windows troubleshooting
– Understanding of networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity)
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently onsite
