Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Senior BA/BSA – IBOR Projects/Wealth & Global Asset Management. This position involves supporting the migration and enhancement of a Book of Records system within a dynamic asset management environment. Pay rate range (CAD): $81/hr – $93/hr
Responsibilities
Gather and translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to facilitate system integration
Support trade lifecycle processes, reconciliation procedures, and data workflows
Participate in the full SDLC lifecycle, including requirements gathering, QA, and UAT testing
Work closely with developers, data engineers, and QA teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery
Assist in the migration and enhancement initiatives of the Book of Records system
Document processes and facilitate communication between business and technical teams
Support trade booking, reconciliation, and data management processes within capital markets
Desired Skill-Set
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or BSA
Strong background in wealth management (2–3+ years preferred) and capital markets
Proven experience with Book of Records systems (mandatory)
In-depth understanding of trade lifecycle operations (Equities, FX, Swaps)
Experience with trade booking, reconciliation, and data management procedures
Familiarity with vendor systems such as Eagle or similar platforms
Demonstrated experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes
Nice to Have
Experience with Databricks or modern data platforms
Knowledge of automation processes in trading systems
Previous involvement in global asset management projects
