📍 Toronto, ON | Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)
💼 7-Month Contract

Are you passionate about AI, analytics, and turning data into business impact? We’re looking for a talented GenAI Data Analyst to join an innovative team in the insurance sector focused on advanced analytics and AI-powered sales enablement.

💰 Compensation:
✔ Salaried: $45–$53/hour
✔ Incorporated: $54–$62/hour
✔ Full-time | 37.5 hours/week

🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Analyze and prepare datasets for GenAI and LLM-based solutions
• Build dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI/Tableau
• Support prompt evaluation, annotation, and AI quality assurance
• Generate insights to improve sales processes and user experiences
• Work with structured data, metadata, and RAG-based systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and senior data scientists
• Track deliverables and workflows using Jira

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3–5 years of experience in data analytics or data science
✅ Strong Python programming skills
✅ Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
✅ Understanding of ML concepts, data modeling, and AI workflows
✅ Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, or GenAI concepts
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
