💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Gather, analyze, and document business & technical requirements
✔ Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional units
✔ Translate complex technical processes into actionable business requirements
✔ Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, and process flow documentation
✔ Support project execution, reporting, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
✔ Identify process improvements and recommend business solutions
✅ Required Skills:
🔸 Strong experience in Banking & Finance domain
🔸 Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
🔸 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
🔸 Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools
🔸 Ability to understand technical requirements and work closely with technical teams
