💰 Pay Rate: $85-88/hr. Incop

I’m hiring for a Cyber Problem Management Specialist to support global cyber incident post-review processes within a major banking environment.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who understands cybersecurity incidents, root-cause analysis, stakeholder coordination, and executive-level communication.

🔎 What you’ll be doing:
You will be responsible for conducting post-incident reviews for cyber incidents globally, helping identify root causes, track action items, and support the bank in strengthening its overall security posture.
This role will involve:
✅ Chairing cyber incident post-mortem meetings
✅ Preparing incident reports and documenting key observations
✅ Conducting root-cause analysis and identifying gaps
✅ Tracking action items through ticketing systems
✅ Following up with owners to ensure timely closure
✅ Coordinating across regional and global teams
✅ Supporting reports, communications, and visual presentations
✅ Facilitating discussions with technical teams, senior stakeholders, and leadership
✅ Supporting Spanish communication / translation when required

💡 Must-have experience:
✔️ 10+ years of overall IT experience
✔️ 3+ years of cybersecurity experience, ideally around threats, incidents, investigations, or cyber operations
✔️ 3+ years of experience using reporting / productivity tools such as Power BI
✔️ Strong experience with root-cause analysis
✔️ Ability to prepare qualitative and quantitative reports, data flow diagrams, and presentations

⭐ Nice to have:
➕ Incident management experience
➕ Experience managing large-scale calls with C-level executives
➕ CISSP and/or CISM certification
➕ Spanish communication skills
