We’re looking for an experienced Project Controls Specialist to play a key role in driving cost, schedule, and performance excellence across major projects. 🔧 What You’ll Do As a Project Controls Specialist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring project compliance with established controls standards while supporting accurate forecasting, reporting, and change management. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Construction, and onsite teams to deliver clear insights and actionable data. Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining project status reports, dashboards, and forecasts Supporting project setup, estimating, and baseline alignment Performing cost & schedule variance analysis and recommending corrective actions Preparing Earned Value Management (EVM) KPIs to assess performance Managing change logs and supporting formal change management processes Establishing and maintaining CBS, control accounts, and alignment with WBS Supporting onsite construction teams with cost management and forecasting Preparing and updating cash flow forecasts aligned with project schedules 🎓 What You Bring 8–10 years of experience in project controls or cost control Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a quantitative discipline Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and adaptive thinking skills Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office proficiency Excellent written and verbal communication skills A collaborative, detail‑oriented, and results‑focused mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment 📄 Application Details 📌 Level: MP5 📅 Resume Deadline: Tuesday, May 19th, 2026 – 5:00 PM EST 📍 Work Arrangement: 100% On‑Site (CHQ) If you’re passionate about project performance, cost control, and making data‑driven decisions that impact real outcomes, we’d love to hear from you. 👉 Submit your resume before the deadline to be considered.
