Contract Opportunity – Senior Business Analyst (RFS-1018606) – SaskPower
Amyantek is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 19-month on-site contract with SaskPower (Intelligent Networks & Infrastructure) in Regina, SK, with potential for extension. This role is focused on implementing a cloud SaaS solution for the contact centre, making experience in contact centre technology highly relevant.

Key Details:
Start Date: 06/01/2026 | End Date: 12/31/2027

Working Status: On-site (hybrid may be possible after onboarding)
Mandatory Certifications: IIBA CBAP, PMI-PBA, or IIBA AAC
Experience Required: IT business analyst with Agile & Waterfall project experience, strong communication skills, and business requirements documentation.
Desired: Experience with contact centre systems (telephony, IVR, workforce management, CRM), Azure DevOps, and cloud/SaaS solutions.
