🚨 Hiring: Program Director – Enterprise Security Transformation 🚨 This is not your typical PM role. We’re looking for a hands-on senior leader who can operate at both the technical and executive level. **Key focus: • Enterprise Security Transformation • IAM / PAM Modernization • Cloud & Cybersecurity Programs • Governance, risk, and large-scale delivery You’ll be leading large-scale enterprise security transformation programs while partnering directly with highly technical security leaders. **What we’re looking for: • 10+ years in enterprise program leadership • Proven delivery of security transformation initiatives (IAM, PAM, Cloud, Cyber) • Strong technical security foundation + ability to challenge engineering teams • Experience in large enterprise / financial services environments • True execution mindset – someone who gets things done 💰 Compensation: • $150K–$175K base + 20% bonus + $30K equity • Strong pension, ESOP, and full benefits package DM for more details – no third party agencies!
