BIM (Building Information Modeling) Technician

One of our financial clients in downtown Toronto is looking for a BIM (Building Information Modeling) Technician to support foundational digital modeling work. This role focuses on developing and maintaining high-quality Revit-based building models, enforcing BIM standards, and enabling accurate, data-driven asset management across a large portfolio.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years of BIM experience within the AEC industry, strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, and hands-on exposure to tools like Navisworks and Dynamo. You should be comfortable working with as-built documentation, performing QA/QC on models, and supporting BIM execution standards (including ISO 19650 principles).
