🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Systems Analyst – IT (Contract | Hybrid)

📍 Location: 44 King Street W (Hybrid: 3–4 days in office)
📅 Duration: May 18, 2026 – Oct 31, 2026 (Extension & FTE conversion possible)
⏰ Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (37.5 hrs/week)
💡 About the Role
As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Data, and Technology to deliver cutting-edge personalization capabilities. This includes building propensity-driven audiences, orchestrating omnichannel journeys, and optimizing customer conversion.

✅ Must-Have Skills
1) 8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst (or comparable role) delivering solutions in large enterprise environments; financial services experience is an asset.
2) 3+ years’ hands-on experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements for system changes/enhancements (APIs, data feeds, platform configuration, and workflow).
3) Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Digital, Marketing, Product, Data/Analytics, Engineering, and external vendors to align on scope and delivery is critical for this role.
⭐ Nice-to-Have
• MarTech platform experience (hands-on or close partnership with delivery teams), such as Adobe Experience Platform/Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Manager, Pega Customer Decision Hub, and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence (strong asset).
• Ability to work effectively in an agile squad—independently owning deliverables while collaborating closely with others
