Bilingual Business Analyst – Contract Role
Are you a Spanish-speaking Business Analyst with experience in enterprise technology, endpoint management, security, or identity/access projects?

This is a great opportunity to work on a high-impact enterprise rollout where your Spanish + English communication skills will be a major asset.
📍 Location: Scarborough, ON – Hybrid, onsite 2x/week
⏳ Contract: 1 year
🔄 Extension: Possible
Pay Rate: $65/hr. Incop + HST

What we’re looking for:
✅ 5+ years as a Business Analyst in enterprise technology, security, endpoint management, or IAM initiatives
✅ Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, process design, documentation, and rollout coordination
✅ Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and device compliance
✅ Experience supporting pilots, production rollouts, operational handoff, and Day 2 support readiness
✅ Strong documentation skills: SOPs, runbooks, governance artifacts, rollout/status reports
✅ Bilingual English/Spanish fluency — must be comfortable working directly with both English- and Spanish-speaking stakeholders

Nice to have:
⭐ Endpoint compliance enforcement or Windows patching governance
⭐ ServiceNow change/intake workflows
⭐ Network-dependent access control exposure
⭐ Rollout dashboards and executive-ready reporting
The ideal candidate is someone who can confidently manage conversations across multiple stakeholder groups, troubleshoot issues, document clearly, and keep multiple workstreams moving on time.
