Looking for a Strategist – Customer Experience & Design (Remote)
This isn’t a typical UX or product role.

We’re specifically looking for someone who has worked on CX strategy and service design in a consulting or agency environment.

If you’ve:
Built journey maps and service blueprints
Translated customer insights into real business strategy
Worked closely with stakeholders and presented your ideas clearly
Then this could be a strong fit.
