Business Systems Analyst

Our top 5 banking client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst. The duration of the contract is until October 31, 2026 with a possible extension or conversion to FTE in downtown Toronto and it’s 3-4 days/week onsite. Pay rate – $76/hr Inc.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst (or comparable role) delivering solutions in large enterprise environments; financial services experience is an asset.
2) 3+ years’ hands-on experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements for system changes/enhancements (APIs, data feeds, platform configuration, and workflow).
3) Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Digital, Marketing, Product, Data/Analytics, Engineering, and external vendors to align on scope and delivery is critical for this role.

Nice-To-Have Skills:
• MarTech platform experience (hands-on or close partnership with delivery teams), such as Adobe Experience Platform/Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Manager, Pega Customer Decision Hub, and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence (strong asset).
• Ability to work effectively in an agile squad—independently owning deliverables while collaborating closely with others.
