Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Banking Customer Support Specialist – KYC / KYB. This position involves supporting compliance review activities within a leading financial organization, primarily handling administrative tasks related to account review, updating customer information, and ensuring regulatory adherence.
Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $24.87/hr
Responsibilities
Review customer accounts and files to identify discrepancies or missing information
Follow end-to-end procedures for Business Account compliance documentation
Ensure all interactions with customers are accurately documented and reflect client/business intentions
Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards for compliance
Collaborate with internal partners to facilitate account updates and reviews
Use multiple software platforms efficiently to support account review processes
Manage workload effectively within a fast-paced environment, minimizing meetings
Desired Skill-Set
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience in customer service, banking, or financial services industries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and adapt to ambiguity
Knowledge of KYC/KYB requirements (preferred)
Experience with contact center operations (1+ years)
Skilled in navigating multiple platforms and maintaining compliance standards
Nice to Have
Understanding of KYC/KYB regulations
Prior experience in back-office administrative roles in financial services
