📍 Downtown Toronto (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
💰 $90–$100/hr (INC)
📅 6-Month Contract (High likelihood of extension)
We’re working on an exciting upcoming opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-impact digital transformation initiative focused on web and mobile platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, has strong executive presence, and brings deep experience running end-to-end RFP processes—from strategy through vendor selection and into delivery.
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
RFP Leadership & Strategy
Own the full lifecycle of the RFP process for digital initiatives
Define business and technical requirements with stakeholders
Develop evaluation frameworks, scoring criteria, and documentation
Manage vendor communications, Q&A, and submissions
Vendor Evaluation & Selection
Lead cross-functional evaluation of vendor proposals
Facilitate vendor demos, workshops, and due diligence
Drive data-driven recommendations for executive decision-making
Commercial Negotiation
Partner with procurement, legal, and finance teams
Lead contract negotiations (scope, pricing, SLAs, risk)
Finalize SOWs and agreements
Program Delivery & Execution
Transition from RFP into full program delivery
Establish governance, timelines, and reporting structures
Lead cross-functional teams (internal + vendors)
Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
Stakeholder Management
Act as primary contact for senior leadership and steering committees
Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and decisions
Align business, IT, and vendor teams
Business Acceptance & Value Realization
Oversee UAT and business sign-off
Ensure successful rollout and adoption
Track ROI and business outcomes
✅ What We’re Looking For
8–12+ years of Project/Program Management experience
Proven experience leading end-to-end RFP processes
Strong background in web & mobile digital transformation
Experience working with vendors, system integrators, and digital agencies
Strong commercial acumen (SOWs, contracts, procurement)
Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills
Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification (preferred)
🌟 Nice to Have
Experience in large enterprise environments (e.g., financial services, retail)
Familiarity with CMS, DXP platforms, mobile ecosystems, or e-commerce
Exposure to UX/UI and digital product strategy
