Positions: Scrum Master – Digital Banking
Type: 6 month contract + extensions
Rate: 60-65/hr – flexible for senior applicants
Hybrid : 1-2 days a week on site downtown Toronto

Required Skills & Experience
– Extensive digital experience in the banking or financial industry, with a solid understanding of the business domain, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
– Background in software development, either as a business systems analyst, developer, or quality assurance engineer, with a strong understanding of the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
– Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence to manage projects, track progress, document requirements, and communicate effectively
– experience with Microsoft power platforms, Eazy BI, Power BI and Excel
– Experience in working with both waterfall and agile methodologies
– strong passion for continuous improvement with great experience using dashboards to create their own metrics outside of the standard agile ones
