💼 What You’ll Be Doing
🔍 Business Analysis & Requirements
Capture current-state processes, pain points, and regional nuances
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and specifications
Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams
⚙️ Operating Model & Process Design
Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and optimize processes
Develop process maps, workflows, and data flow diagrams
Perform gap analysis to drive future-state improvements
🤝 Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a key liaison across global teams, vendors, and technology partners
Lead workshops, alignment sessions, and decision-making forums
📊 Project Delivery & Change Support
Support roadmap planning, milestones, and dependencies
Assist in pilot launches, implementation, and optimization
Contribute to change management (training, communications, adoption)

✅ What We’re Looking For
✔️ 8+ years of Business Analysis experience within Financial Institutions
✔️ Bilingual (Spanish + English) – strong communication is key
✔️ Hands-on experience with Jira & Confluence
✔️ Proven ability to gather requirements and work closely with tech teams

⭐ Nice to Have
Experience working with global/distributed teams
Exposure to mutual funds or investment products
