Senior Business Analyst

We’re hiring a Senior Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow expertise to join a highly collaborative Technology Services environmen Toronto (Hybrid – 3 days downtown Toronto) Contract: 12 months with renewal Rate: $90/hr This role sits within a BAU (Business-As-Usual) team, supporting ongoing platform enhancements and operations rather than a single project. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work and continuous improvement across enterprise systems. What you’ll be doing: • Engage stakeholders to elicit and document business & system requirements • Lead requirements traceability and support UAT activities • Perform hands-on ServiceNow administration, configuration & enhancements • Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and vendors • Support integrations (Workday, Azure, SailPoint) • Drive solution design aligned to business goals • Support operational readiness, reporting, and platform improvements Key Requirements: • 5+ years in Business Analysis (enterprise environments) • 3+ years supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives • Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience (MANDATORY) • Ability to perform simple admin and configuration tasks (e.g., table updates, variable changes, workflow adjustments) • Experience across ITSM modules, including HR, Facilities, and reporting features • Strong understanding of Agile delivery and stakeholder collaboration Important: • This role requires someone with a technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform • The hiring manager is open to guiding BA practices (requirements, documentation, etc.) • ServiceNow certification is a nice to have This is a highly collaborative role, working across multiple teams and business units—ideal for someone who enjoys partnering closely with both business and technology stakeholders.
