Scrum Master

We’re hiring a Certified Scrum Master (Freelance / Incorporated)
📍 GTA | Hybrid | Digital Web Experience

BMO Global Asset Management is looking for a seasoned, independent (incorporated) Scrum Master to support accelerated delivery across our digital web ecosystem — CMS (Contentful preferred) experience is a must.

This is not an agency role. We’re specifically looking for a freelance Scrum Master operating as an incorporated consultant, comfortable stepping into a fast‑moving, regulated FinTech / Asset Management environment.

What you’ll be working on
* Agile delivery for enhancements on Contentful (CMS) and related web applications
* Public‑facing digital experiences for clients and advisors
* Continuous delivery across content, personalization, analytics, APIs, and digital ops

What we’re looking for
✅ Certified Scrum Master (CSM®, PSM®, or equivalent – required)
✅ 7+ years in delivery, including 5+ years as a Scrum Master in complex digital environments
✅ Hands-on experience with Contentful or similar enterprise CMS platforms (required)
✅ Strong command of Agile (Scrum/Kanban), with working knowledge of PMLC & SDLC
✅ Expert with Jira (system of record); Confluence experience expected
✅ Comfortable navigating regulatory, operational, and governance requirements
✅ Freelance / incorporated and not attached to an agency
✅ Based in the GTA (reasonable distance to office)
