Business Analyst

We’re Hiring: Business Analyst – Banking Domain (Hybrid) Working 2-3 days from Office

Looking for your next challenge in the banking and financial services space? We’re on the lookout for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in AML, Capital Markets, and data-driven systems to join our team!

📍 Work Mode: Toronto ON Canada Hybrid (2–3 days from office)

🔍 What You’ll Do:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Work closely with data engineering teams on ETL, data modeling, and validation
• Perform data analysis using SQL for reconciliation and impact analysis
• Support data warehouse, reporting, and regulatory system implementations
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Drive UAT, defect triage, and release validation
💡 What We’re Looking For:
• Strong banking domain experience (AML / Financial Crime / Compliance)
• Hands-on exposure to Capital Markets (trading, securities, risk, etc.)
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and data modeling
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
✨ Nice to Have:
• Regulatory reporting / risk / compliance project experience
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
• Experience with enterprise data platforms (cloud or on-prem)
