Recent hands-on experience with Zelle
Managed large-scale programs ($50MM+) with multiple teams & vendors

Key Responsibilities:
Program planning, scheduling & resource management
Risk identification & mitigation
Stakeholder communication & vendor coordination
Oversee project managers and track delivery progress
