Director, Program Management – Enterprise Delivery (Large-Scale Technology Programs)
We’re seeking a senior, hands-on Program Leader to drive end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology transformation programs in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
This is not a governance-only role — we need someone who has personally led and delivered multi-stream programs, driving execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment from initiation through to successful delivery.
💡 What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale technology programs
Own integrated planning, execution, budgeting, and RAID management
Drive Agile and hybrid delivery across multiple cross-functional teams
Partner with executive stakeholders to align strategy and execution
Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes
Oversee vendor relationships and resource planning
Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Mentor and guide delivery teams and project leaders
🎯 What We’re Looking For
12+ years in program/project leadership roles
10+ years delivering large-scale technology or transformation programs
Strong experience in Canadian banking or financial services
Proven hands-on leadership (not just PMO/governance oversight)
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
PMP or equivalent certification
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive outcomes

Enterprise transformation or operating model change experience
Exposure to regulated financial environments
MBA or advanced leadership training
💰 Compensation
Salary Range: $150,000 – $175,000 CAD
Incentive Target: Up to 20% bonus
Additional equity/long-term incentive opportunities available
