📍 Toronto (Hybrid – 2 days onsite) | 💰 $57 – $66/hr INC | 12-month contract (likely extension)
We’re looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to help design and transform enterprise Release Management processes using the ServiceNow Digital Product Release (DPR) module.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll modernize legacy ServiceNow workflows and shape how enterprise releases are planned, governed, and delivered across a large-scale technology environment.
🔧 What You’ll Do
Lead requirements gathering for enterprise release management and ServiceNow custom applications
Support implementation of Digital Product Release (DPR) capabilities
Work closely with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD and automation integrations
Redesign legacy ServiceNow applications (Security Advisory, Risk, and more)
Drive Agile delivery (user stories, backlogs, sprint planning, testing support)
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
🧠 What You Bring
8+ years as a BA / Systems Analyst / Product Owner
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow (DPR + Custom Applications)
Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
CSA certification (required)
Strong Agile/Lean delivery experience and documentation skills
⭐ Nice to Have
ITIL Foundation (Release / Change Management)
DevOps tooling experience (GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
CBAP / IIBA certification
