Avanciers Inc. is looking for an experienced Intermediate Business System Analyst who has exposure of Capital Market and Client Onboarding with KYC to join one of our client teams in Toronto, ON. We have a Permanent fulltime and Contract (6+ Months)

📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid- 2-3 days onsite)

🔧 Key Skills Required
✅ BSA Experience- 5+ Years
✅ KYC/Client Onboarding- 3+ Years
✅ Capital Market Experience- 3+ Years.
✅ SQL Experience- 5+ Years.
✅ Strong communication & collaboration skills

📌 Responsibilities
Manage workstreams, support migration, stakeholder collaboration, SQL-based analysis.
5+ years BSA experience in banking/client onboarding, strong KYC/regulatory knowledge, capital markets exposure, and excellent SQL and communication skills.
