📍 Remote (Canada)
We’re hiring a top-tier Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build and scale a modern, real-time product used in the field.
This is not a maintenance role. You’ll own systems end-to-end — from architecture to deployment — and work on high-impact features used daily by real users.
⚡ What You’ll Do
Design, build, and ship full-stack features (React + Node + TypeScript)
Work on real-time systems and workflows in a serverless AWS environment
Build intuitive, high-quality user experiences (web + mobile)
Own performance, scalability, and system design decisions
Collaborate closely with product & design — and push back when needed
🧠 What We’re Looking For
5+ years in software engineering (strong full-stack background)
Deep experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js
Strong understanding of system design, microservices, and distributed systems
Experience with AWS (Lambda, serverless) and modern DevOps practices
Engineers who go deep, think critically, and communicate clearly
💡 Bonus: React Native, GraphQL, or experience building real-time / scheduling systems

You can clearly explain trade-offs, failures, and improvements
You actively use AI / GenAI tools to improve how you build
