We’re hiring a DevOps Engineer in Toronto (Hybrid – 2 weeks/month onsite)
💥 What makes this role stand out?
You won’t just “use” Kubernetes…
You’ll own, scale, and troubleshoot production-grade clusters across environments.
Think:
✔ Rancher-managed clusters (RKE1 & RKE2)
✔ AKS + Azure ecosystem
✔ Argo CD + GitOps workflows
✔ Real cluster migrations, upgrades & HA setups
🧠 What we need (no fluff):
Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals (Control Plane, etcd)
Strong hands-on with Rancher + Cluster Orchestration
Experience with AKS / Azure cloud
Solid Python + YAML scripting
Proven ability to handle production incidents + scaling challenges
⚙️ Stack you’ll work with:
Docker | GitHub Actions | Harness | Prometheus | Splunk | Dynatrace | Red Hat Linux
🔐 Bonus if you know:
RBAC, secrets management, Kubernetes security best practices
