On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a Technical Sourcer to support hiring across highly specialized deep tech and AI roles. This is a fast-moving, high-impact environment—ideal for someone strategic, curious, and passionate about tackling complex hiring challenges in cutting-edge technical domains.

🏢 Location: Downtown Toronto (hybrid – 2 days onsite)

📌 Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to scope complex technical roles
🔍 Build research-driven sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, and technical communities
✉️ Craft highly personalized outreach that engages hard-to-reach, top-tier talent
📊 Develop talent maps and provide market insights on competitors, trends, and niche skill areas
🚀 Continuously iterate on sourcing strategies using data and performance signals

What we’re looking for:
✔ MUST HAVE 3-5 years of technical sourcing experience (software/infrastructure roles preferred)
✔ Proven success hiring for hard-to-fill, highly specialized technical roles
✔ Strong Boolean sourcing skills and expertise with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter & GitHub
✔ Ability to understand concepts across ML systems, compilers, or low-level performance
✔ Curious, resourceful, and persistent mindset
✔ Experience targeting top-tier tech companies and high-growth startups
