✔ Strong experience in technical support, service management, and incident handling
✔ Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Windows/Linux, system integration, and enterprise tools
✔ Expertise in stakeholder communication, customer service, and relationship management
✔ Experience working in healthcare/public sector environments with data privacy and compliance awareness
