🚨 Now Hiring: Sr. Business Analyst (IAM) – Ontario Government Contract 🚨

We’re actively looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience for an exciting 10+ month contract with the Ontario Government.
📍 Location: 222 Jarvis Street (Onsite – 5 days/week)
🔐 Security Clearance: CRJMC
📅 Duration: 228 business days (extension possible)
💡 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end business analysis for IAM solutions (SSO, identity verification, access controls)
• Gather and document business & data requirements for secure enterprise solutions
• Conduct process modeling, data flow analysis, and use case development
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions (JAD, interviews, workshops)
• Support testing phases by defining test cases and validating outcomes
• Collaborate with PMs, Product Owners, and technical teams
✅ Must-Have Experience:
• 7+ years as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience in IAM projects (SSO, access management, identity verification)
• Expertise in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation
• Experience with business cases, UI design, and logical architecture artifacts
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Hands-on involvement in testing lifecycle (plans, cases, validation)
