Workday Implementation Engineer (Remote – Canada) | Full-Time Permanent
We’re hiring a Workday Implementation Engineer to join a high-impact enterprise team supporting large-scale clients in a complex, modern tech environment.
This is a hybrid functional + technical role blending Workday integrations, Java development, and AWS cloud engineering—ideal for someone who thrives in both consulting and backend engineering.
🔧 What You’ll Do
Build and support Workday integrations & extensions
Work closely with stakeholders on requirements and solutions
Develop and maintain enterprise-level integration workflows
Support production systems and ongoing enhancements
Collaborate across technical and functional teams
🧠 What We’re Looking For
5+ years Workday integration experience
6+ years software development experience
Strong Java + AWS background
Hands-on Workday Studio, Prism Analytics, and EIB (nice-to-have)
Strong communication & client-facing experience
Ability to pass Java-based technical assessment
