We’re Hiring: Senior Analyst, Total Rewards
I’m excited to share a fantastic opportunity with Lifemark Health Group! We’re looking for a data-driven and collaborative Senior Analyst, Total Rewards to join our team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping a 3-year compensation simplification strategy, bringing clarity, consistency, and insight to how we design and manage pay programs across the organization. You’ll work with large datasets, build impactful dashboards, and partner with leaders across HR, Finance, and Operations to drive smarter, data-informed decisions.
