Responsibilities

Lead full-stack development efforts, including backend Java development and frontend Angular implementation.
Design, develop, and optimize database interactions and API integrations.
Build and maintain event-driven systems using Kafka messaging.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions within project timelines.
Follow scaled agile methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure secure coding practices, especially in cloud-based environments, with potential certification relevance.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and system testing to uphold quality standards.
Support knowledge transfer during onboarding and actively share technical expertise with team members.
Desired Skill-Set

Over 10 years of full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on Java backend and Angular frontend.
Proficiency in database programming and API development.
Experience handling event-driven architectures and messaging systems such as Kafka.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Well-organized, self-motivated team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
Adaptable and a quick learner.
Nice to Have

Certifications in Azure Cloud, secure coding practices, or AI.
Previous experience within banking or financial institutions.
