We’re Hiring: Servicenow Lead/Specialist
📍 Location: Toronto, ON & Calgary, AB
⏳ Job Type: Contract

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of proven experience with ServiceNow, including APM, CSDM, Service Catalogs, Incident/Change/Problem, CMDB, Demand Management, and integrations.
Strong understanding of banking and financial services operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated experience leading ServiceNow projects and managing cross-functional teams.
Proficient in creating and maintaining technical documentation, workflows, and process maps.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) highly desirable.
