IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) required 3. Competence in systematically solving problems using appropriate process improvement methodologies to analyze complex data/information from different cross-functional teams, both locally and globally 4. Familiarity with related software programs (such MS Visio, MS Projects, Power BI, Excel, JIRA, etc.) 5. Previous experience analyzing and documenting end-to-end workflows, data and HR system integrations, and technology platforms Nice-To-Have Skills: 1. PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) 2. Programming skills and Python 3. Knowledge of Human Resource policies, procedures, systems, and operational processes 4. Fluency is Spanish 5.
