Bilingual Helpdesk Analyst (French/English) – Level 1

I’m #hiring for a Bilingual Helpdesk Analyst (French/English) – Level 1 for a Fortune100 Retailer in Canada!
[*6 months contract + extension(s), 1 day per week to Toronto, ON]
Rate: up to $21 per hour T4/ $25 per hour INC

Requirements:
· University/College degree in a related area of study, or equivalent experience.
· Relevant work experience in a retail help desk or call center.
· Demonstrated teamwork experience is a must.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English & French)
· Familiarity with support area for problem escalation is essential.
· Strong motivation and team building skills are desired.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Ability to work some evenings and weekends
