Archer Production Support Developer

NEW ROLE – Archer Production Support Developer 💼

Location: Remote, Canada
Salary: $55 to $65 an hour 💰💰💰
Duration/Type: 1 year contract

Key responsibilities and requirements:
– Monitor, triage, and resolve production incidents raised by business users
– Provide day-to-day operational support for the Archer platform and in-scope use cases.
– Participate in the Change Process for production changes.
– Support deployment activities and post-release verification.
– Provide status updates on incidents, risks, and backlog items.
– Escalate critical issues appropriately and communicate impact and resolution clearly.
– Maintain support documentation and known-issue logs.
– Capture root cause analyses (RCA) for all incidents.
– Experience in .NET is an asset
