Senior Report Developer (Oracle)

We’re Hiring: Senior Report Developer (Oracle)
📍 Location: Toronto, Canada (Onsite – 5 days)
⏳ Duration: 12 Months
We are looking for a skilled Senior Report Developer with strong expertise in Oracle reporting, BI, and data analytics to join a high-impact project.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop complex reports, dashboards, and BI solutions
✔ Build and optimize data models for analytics
✔ Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation
✔ Work closely with business & technical teams
✔ Support UAT, defect triage, and production issues
✔ Design, build, and integrate data models with systems
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ 7–10+ years in Oracle report development / BI / data analysis
✔ Strong experience with OTBI & BI Publisher
✔ Hands-on with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
✔ Experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader)
✔ Expertise in HCM Extracts & SFTP integrations
✔ REST & SOAP web services integration experience
✔ Strong knowledge of Fast Formulas
✔ Experience in security roles, AOR configurations
✔ SIT/UAT, regression testing, and defect analysis
