ServiceNow Senior Developer

We have a 1-2 year contract engagement for

1 ServiceNow Enterprise Architect
1 ServiceNow Senior Developer

This is fully onsite work in Ottawa. The candidates must be eligible to apply for Secret Clearance.

Qualifications:
Resource 1: ServiceNow Enterprise Architect
Role: Technical strategy, governance, data model design, and architecture validation.
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 8+ years of ServiceNow enterprise architecture experience.
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
CIS – Configuration Management Database (CMDB) certification required.
CIS – Security Operations (SecOps) or Certified Implementation Specialist in Vulnerability Response (VR) required.
Deep expertise in the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework and ServiceNow Discovery mechanisms.
Responsibilities: Translates business outcomes into technical designs, sets development standards, designs integrations, and ensures Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) alignment to preserve platform upgradability.

Resource 2: ServiceNow Senior Developer
Role: Hands-on configuration, scripting, integration building, and technical execution.
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of active ServiceNow development experience.
Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
Proven experience setting up MID Servers, configuring REST/SOAP APIs, and adjusting Identification & Reconciliation (IRE) rules.
Familiarity with ServiceNow Security Operations data structures.
Responsibilities: Executes the technical stories prioritized by the Customer, develops integrations with security scanning tools, builds CMDB dashboards, and runs unit testing.
