Noramtec Consultants is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support our client’s digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives. This role will be embedded within the Digital Business Solutions team, collaborating with internal staff, contractors, and digital delivery partners to support ongoing development, system enhancements, and enterprise digital services.
The successful consultant will lead senior-level business analysis activities, including requirements elicitation, business process analysis and redesign, solution definition, data integration coordination, testing support, and stakeholder engagement. This role plays a critical part in ensuring business needs are clearly defined, validated, and translated into effective technical solutions aligned with modernization strategies and enterprise architecture.

Required Skills and Experience
15+ years of experience performing senior business analysis within complex enterprise environments.
Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations from requirements through operational transition.
Demonstrated experience in enterprise system modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable enterprise CRM or case management platforms.
Proven ability to work with multi-stakeholder initiatives and cross-functional teams, including external partners and service providers.
Strong experience in business process analysis, solution definition, and enterprise requirements management.

Preferred Certifications
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent

Additional Experience Considered an Asset
Leading stakeholder engagement workshops and working sessions.
Supporting organizational change management initiatives related to technology implementations.
Developing user documentation, operational procedures, and training materials.
Experience with prototyping, low-code tools, or iterative development approaches.
Supporting reporting and analytics initiatives, including dashboards and operational reporting.
Experience prioritizing enhancements and supporting continuous improvement of digital services.
