$50–$95/hour

We are seeking an experienced IMT Management Consultant, Strategist, and Planner to support a Data Centre of Excellence initiative focused on building a federated data ecosystem that enables better use of enterprise data assets across client services.
In this role, you will help design and advance data and AI service offerings, supporting capabilities such as analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data orchestration, storage, and processing. You will work closely with leadership to shape data platform strategy, service models, and roadmaps, while helping organizations modernize how data services are delivered.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support data services strategy, planning, and service design
Provide expertise on data platforms, AI/ML services, and data management
Develop strategic roadmaps, frameworks, and executive briefings
Facilitate cross-ministry stakeholder discussions and executive presentations
Support service offerings for data platforms, AI, and DevSecOps environments
Advise product and platform teams across the full project lifecycle
Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement initiatives

Experience Required
7+ years in IMT service design and delivery
5+ years in strategic data management and business analysis
5+ years integrating AI and advanced analytics
Experience in strategic planning, stakeholder facilitation, and program leadership
Cloud data platforms and services experience
DevSecOps practices in data environments
Knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI
Public sector data policy familiarity
Strong visualization and communication design skills
