Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Mail Clerk – Banking. This position involves supporting document storage, digitization, and efficient mail management within a branch banking environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60 – $17.73/hr

Responsibilities:

Support document filing and digitization processes at assigned branches.
Prepare and organize paper documents for digitization.
Operate Ricoh photocopiers/scanners to scan paper documents.
Review digital files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Manage and secure files within branch locations.
Provide regular updates to management via email or phone.
Comply with health, safety, and privacy policies, including wearing masks when operating in open areas.
Adapt to changing priorities and support various initiatives as needed.
Communicate issues promptly and identify potential risks early.
Desired Skill-Set:

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
Comfortable operating photocopiers and scanners.
Nice to Have:
