Senior Intel Server Support Specialist – Data Center & SCADA Leadership Role! 🌟

🚀 Onsite opportunity in Regina to take ownership of critical Intel server infrastructure, data centre operations, and the delivery of next-generation SCADA systems! If you’re a senior-level Windows/Linux expert with strong MECM/SCCM, Active Directory, and high-availability experience, this is your chance to lead resilient, mission-critical environments.

📋 Role Details:
📍 Location: Onsite – Regina, SK (full-time)
📅 Contract Term: April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027 (12 months) with potential extension

💼 What You’ll Deliver:
Lead SCADA network integration – technical specifications, MOPs, testing, commissioning & ongoing support
Manage full Intel server lifecycle: provisioning, performance tuning, patching, virus management & hardware refresh
Oversee data centre services (power, cooling, physical security, UPS, escorted access)
Provide Tier-2/3 support, capacity planning, disaster recovery testing & service level reporting
Mentor team members and ensure compliance with security, regulatory & operational standards

✅ Mandatory Qualifications:
ITIL Foundation and ITIL Service Manager certifications (include copies)
Minimum 6 years hands-on experience supporting Intel (Windows) server environments
Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Linux (RHEL), Active Directory, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM)

🌟 Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Operational Technology (OT) / SCADA systems
Knowledge of IAM/RBAC, system hardening (CIS Benchmarks), cryptography (PKI/HSM), enterprise backup (Veeam/Veritas), and anti-virus solutions
Certifications in Server, Storage, Virtualization, or related infrastructure pillars
