We are Urgently Hiring For Application Support Position

Experience: 5+ years
Location: Toronto (Hybrid-4 Days onsite)
Rate – $40-$50/Hr.

Required Skills & Experience –
Task activities for this Application Support role
▪️Maintain and support production environments for critical client facing applications
▪️Drive stability and service improvements by analyzing incidents trends and recurring issues
▪️Collaborate with Technology Development Infrastructure and Business Product teams globally
▪️Conduct start of day checks continuous monitoring and regional handovers
▪️Develop and maintain technical documentation to support operational readiness
▪️Partner with developers and product teams to priorities bug fixes and enhancements
▪️Assess risk and impact of production issues and escalate appropriately
▪️Support deployment activities including testing validation and post release monitoring
▪️Provide functional and customer focused support for ICT application services
▪️Analyze and priorities support enquiries to ensure timely resolution
▪️Deliver clear advice and direction to business users and internal teams
▪️Contribute to process improvements and enhance support workflows Assist Senior Application Specialists with escalations and complex technical issues?
