🚨 Hiring: Project Leader 🚨

Location: Pickering, ON | 100% On-Site
Contract: 24 Months
Rate: $67–$77/hr + HST

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Project Leaders to manage all phases of complex projects from initiation to closeout. You will coordinate teams, control budgets and schedules, manage risks, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project planning, execution, and closeout using approved project management processes
Prepare project charters, scope, schedules, cost estimates, and risk management plans
Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies
Monitor cost, schedule, and quality; provide regular reports to management
Ensure compliance with corporate procedures, contracts, and safety standards

Qualifications:

4-year Engineering/Applied Science degree (or equivalent) + project management/business economics knowledge
6–8 years of project management experience in heavy industry or generating stations
Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, complex contracts, and project schedules
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Knowledge of construction methods, contract management, and environmental regulations
