Technical Analyst (Microsoft 365) – Contract Opportunity | Canada (Remote/Hybrid) 🚨
We’re hiring a Technical Analyst to support a large-scale healthcare technology initiative focused on disaster recovery and IT data repositories. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with IT and program teams to design, optimize, and maintain enterprise repositories using Microsoft 365 tools.

📍 Location
Remote anywhere in Canada (must work 8AM–5PM CST)
Hybrid/on-site if local
Occasional travel to Saskatchewan may be required

🔎 What You’ll Be Doing
Enhance and maintain IT disaster recovery & asset management repositories
Design and optimize solutions using Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams)
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
Conduct audits, data validation, and quality assurance checks
Provide training and technical support to stakeholders
Troubleshoot and resolve repository-related issues
✅ What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst
Strong Microsoft 365 expertise (SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams)
Experience building and maintaining structured data repositories
Excellent documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills
M365 certification is an asset.
