We’re Hiring: QA Lead TSYS
📍 Location: Toronto, ON- Hybrid Canada

Job Description: Role Descriptions: Lead and develop comprehensive test strategies and master test plans for TSYS integrations| API| and end-to-end flows across the credit-card lifecycle.Design| maintain| and execute automated test suites| focusing on TSYS green screens| RESTSOAP APIs via Postman or SoapUI| and UI flows (if needed). Coordinate integration and E2E testing| ensuring seamless interactions between TSYS| mainframes| external systems| vendor APIs| and databases. Create and manage test artifactstest cases| execution logs| traceability matrices| defect reportsand facilitate quality metrics. Handle data preparation and file validations| including TS2 batch processes| nightly cycles| and mainframe files. Lead defect triage with cross-functional teams| manage risks| and track issues to resolution escalate as needed. Act as the SME for TSYS QA across environments| guiding UATPAT| coordinating offshoreonshore teams| and liaising with vendors and stakeholders.
