Location: Hybrid – Toronto, ON (3–4 days onsite)
Contract: 6–7 months (possibility of extension)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join a high-impact Business Banking Transformation project. You’ll translate complex SQL, ETL, and system logic into clear, user-friendly documentation—including BRDs, FSDs, STMs, process flows, and data dictionaries.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain a living Encore User Guide for Business Banking data.
Analyze and validate data transformations and business rules.
Collaborate with IT developers, data engineers, and business users.
Turn technical rules into clear documentation for a wide range of stakeholders.
Must-Haves:
7+ years as a Technical Writer or Business Analyst in financial services.
3+ years hands-on SQL / ETL experience.
Experience documenting BRDs, FSDs, STMs, process maps, and workflows.
Comfortable in complex data environments.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
Knowledge of credit risk concepts and Business Banking data models.
Experience with multi-group, collaborative projects.
