What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in IT / technical recruiting
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, referrals, creative outreach — you know the drill)
• Ability to recruit across a variety of tech roles
• Confident, consultative approach with candidates and stakeholders

Work setup:
Hybrid – 3 days onsite from our downtown Toronto office
