Organizational Change Management certification or designation (e.g. CCMP) preferred. However, an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may also be considered.

The Senior Change Analyst provides a range of capabilities to support organizational change initiatives. This role leads large enterprise wide or high-complexity change initiatives.

 

The Senior Change Management Analyst has all the demonstrated proficiency and experience of the Mid-Level Change Management Analyst, plus the following:

Leading the design and implementation of enterprise-wide change strategies for large-scale, high-complexity, or multi-year transformation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
Providing advisory services to shape the change vision, governance, sponsorship strategies, and stakeholder engagement approach.
Providing guidance on digital adoption, ensuring culturally responsive transformation, inclusive stakeholder engagement, and alignment with institutional values including commitments to Indigenization, equity, diversity, and community collaboration.
Providing advice on organizational readiness, success criteria, and risk mitigation strategies.
Overseeing the design and delivery of integrated communication, engagement, and training programs across initiatives.
Developing organizational resilience approaches to address change saturation and maintain performance during transformation.
Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to track, measure, and report on change adoption effectiveness, monitoring enterprise adoption outcomes, and recommending corrective actions.
Navigating complex stakeholder environments by balancing competing priorities, addressing diverse needs, resolving conflict, and fostering consensus.
Formulating crisis response plans for change related disruptions (e.g. technology failures, stakeholder resistance, communication breakdowns) to minimize impact.
Mentoring and guiding change practitioners to build organizational change management capability.
