Digital Business Analyst – Wealth Management (Hybrid, Toronto)
Are you a seasoned Business Analyst passionate about digital transformation in Wealth Management? Join a dynamic digital product team shaping client-facing platforms and delivering strategic initiatives that enhance client experiences.
What You’ll Do:
Translate product strategies into actionable requirements and user stories
Lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and technical teams
Support Agile ceremonies and ensure clarity for development teams
Analyze business processes and propose improvements that deliver real value
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years as a Business or Systems Analyst in complex enterprise environments
5+ years in Agile practices, user story writing, and backlog management
Strong experience with customer journey mapping, story mapping, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
Wealth Management experience; Broadridge exposure is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Location & Schedule:
Toronto, ON – Hybrid (onsite 3–4 days/week)
Standard 37.5 hrs/week; some OT as needed
Salary: $72–$83/hr (INC)
